I’ve known Lyndon for some time now and the thing that is always apparent is his passion, humility and thirst to improve players and coaches alike. Coaching and the passing-on of knowledge, is first and foremost, at the top of everything he does.
I’ve known of Lyndon for a number of years and he is one of the most knowledgeable, dedicated and driven coaches I have come across. His wealth of experience in the game within all phases is invaluable and the success he has developed in all roles, summarises the quality and standards he sets.
Lyndon has helped Nantwich Town become what it is today. From under 8s to under 21s, and helping develop the new academy BTEC, he has helped me massively off the pitch, and on it, with his knowledge.
I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Lyndon and I can confidently say, his influence on both my personal and coaching development has been significant.
Lyndon has always gone out of his way to offer support, guidance and honest advice – especially in those early stages when I was still finding my feet. His knowledge of the game is outstanding, but it’s his ability to communicate that knowledge clearly and with genuine care that really sets him apart. Whether it’s player development, team management, or simply being a strong presence around the club, Lyndon always led by example.
